Probably need at least docbook-utils and fig2dev to do a "make htmldocs"

On snoopy, had to manually edit /etc/sgml/catalog to delete a line that
referred to a non-existant directory, after the make htmldocs complained about
not being able to find that directory.

Note ``make -C Documenation/DocBook/ target'' might allow you to do more than
you can do with just make in root?  Don't know.
