The Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society has rides nearly every day from the beginning of April through the end of November. Look into the Ann Arbor Velo Club or the Michigan Cycling Team for bike racing. Ann Arbor and the surroundings has parks with trails; see the Ann Arbor Parks and Rec Department and Huron-Clinton Metroparks.
